A) Stored Configuration Data: To enable the core functionality of the Add-on, we securely store the following settings that you configure:

Your Clockify Workspace ID to associate your settings with your account.

An Installation Token to securely communicate with the Clockify API.

The PayPal.Me Link you provide.

B) Temporarily Accessed Data (Not Stored): When you generate a report, we access the following data from your Clockify workspace via the Clockify API on a temporary basis:

Time Entry Data: This includes details like descriptions, projects, tasks, duration, and billable amounts required to create the report.

Workspace, Client, and Project Information: Names and IDs needed to filter and correctly label the report.

Important: This detailed report data is accessed only when you generate a report and is never stored on our servers. It is used only at that moment to create the PDF file.

2. How We Use Your Information

To Provide the Core Service: To generate PDF reports from your Clockify data and embed your unique PayPal payment link. Your provided PayPal.Me link is used exclusively for this purpose.

To Manage Your Installation: To associate your settings with your specific Clockify workspace.

To Improve Our Service: To understand usage patterns and improve the functionality and user experience of the Add-on.

To Provide Support: To assist you with any issues or inquiries you may have regarding the Add-on.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your configuration data is securely stored on servers provided by Supabase. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures, including encryption, to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may share information only with the following third parties as necessary to provide our service:

Clockify: We interact with the Clockify API to access your time tracking data as instructed by you.

Supabase: Our backend and database provider where your configuration data is stored.

PayPal: The generated link in the PDF directs your clients to the PayPal platform to process payments. We do not process or store any of your clients' payment information.

5. Your Rights and Data Control

You have control over your information:

Access and Update: You can access and update your PayPal.Me link at any time within the Add-on’s settings.

Data Deletion: You can uninstall the Add-on from your Clockify workspace at any time. Upon uninstallation, all of your stored configuration data will be permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with our data retention policy.
